I Made Some Cards
It's November 22, 2024. As you can tell this blog has been at the top of my mind and to do list all year long. Ha. It is not that I haven't done cards this year. Here are some pictures to prove it. A librarian friend celebrated her birthday in March. I used some special kit papers to create this book themed card. I usually create a card with stamped images, but I had these great themed papers so used them instead of stamping book shelves. I thought it was a nice librarian to librarian card. In June I participated in Justine Hovey's Fearless Cardmaking in Minutes Challenge. Each day of the 3 focused on one part of cardmaking and gave us some limits so we would not belabor the process. So first we had to pick something in our stash that would simplify the process. I chose a cover die. Now how to color it. I tried coloring parts of the die, but the color did not come out smooth.
